Auction Terms & Conditions All lots are sold "as is, where is" with no guarantee expressed or implied. The information on our lots are provided as a guide only. We do try our best to give accurate information as well as quality photos. We do have a time set for previews but if you are unable to make it during said times please feel free to contact us. Bidder inspection is encouraged. Our lots will occationally have prop stands, measuring tape, and other displays to help showcase the items in the pictures. They will be NOT be sold with the lot unless specifically stated. If boxes and containers are shown in the pictures, they are a part of the auction lot purchase. Otherwise please bring your own bags, boxes, packing material, etc, to transport your items. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Lots will start closing at 15 second intervals beginning at 6:30PM, the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots) Currency - USD All payments must be made within 48 hours after auction ends. Buyer Premium - A buyer's premium of 10% will be added. Payment Terms and Methods - You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. You can pay online or at pick-up. We take debit/credit cards and cash at pickup. Taxes - No sales tax in Oregon Pick Up Terms: All items must to be picked up between 10AM and 4PM on Friday 11/15/2019 or Saturday 11/16/2019. Unclaimed Lots: Invoices will be voided and you will no longer be able to bid at our auctions. If you find that you might not be able to make it within the pick-up deadline, contact us as soon as possible. Shipping: We currently do not have a shipping system set up at this moment.
